The goal of the personnel department is to contribute to the achievement of the goals of the IHSM by providing the necessary personnel and the effective use of the potential of employees.
The selection of employees is carried out using specially developed strategies: submitting information about vacancies in the media and employment services, applying selection methods, testing, adaptation procedures for specialists and teachers and subsequent advanced training.
The main goal of the HR department
- Development, implementation and monitoring of the implementation of the personnel policy and strategy of the IHSM;
- Ensuring personnel workflow (storage and recording of work books, preparation and formalization of personnel documents);
- Schedule of planning and control of leave;
- Recording information about the remuneration;
- Creation and updating of the IHSM personnel database;
- Formation, maintenance and development of corporate culture;
- Providing guarantees, rights and benefits for employees of the school;
- Organization of control over observance of labor discipline, internal regulations by the departments and structural units of IHSM.
