The department was created with the aim of improving the process of planning expenses for target programs implemented in the " IHSM " and determining and agreeing on the methods of placing orders for the supply of goods, performance of work, and the provision of services for the needs of " IHSM ".

 Planning is a tool without which it is impossible to achieve success in any industry. Moreover, it is necessary to calculate the steps before it is necessary not only for the IHSM as a whole, but also for each of its functions. Our department collects the budgets of expenses of all divisions of the IHSM for the formation of an annual, monthly plan for the purchase of goods and materials and services.

The work of our department influences all the activities of the company: efficient use of working capital, employee satisfaction with the assortment, warehouse availability and the efficiency of the internal supply chain. We are constantly looking for suppliers, studying new offers from them, conducting negotiations in order to obtain more favorable conditions and preparing well-grounded proposals for the management to attract new suppliers.
