Development of a strategic plan for the IHSM
The management team of the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) conducted a seminar on the development of the strategy for the IHSM with the experts of ISR consult - Talant Zhumazaev and Mira Ismanova at the main campus of the IHSM.
The seminar was conducted on 27th April 2022 with the members of administration.
During the seminar the following questions were discussed, followed by the development of a strategy for the IHSM:

▪️ Weak sides,
▪️ Opportunities,
▪️ Threats,
▪️ Factors,
▪️ Root problem analysis and task definitions,
▪️ Definition of subtasks in the context of departments of the IHSM, criteria for the effectiveness of departments and etc.
A strategy is a general plan covering a long period of time, that allows for achieving a complex goal.
We always keep setting goals and achieve them.
