Participation in International meeting 2
The representatives of the Asian Medical Student's Association Kyrgyzstan (AMSA-KG) of the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) participated in the 72nd August General Assembly Meeting of the International Federation of Medical Student's Associations (IFMSA), which was held from 1st to 7th August in Delhi, India. The meeting was attended by about 500 students from more than 130 countries.
The IFMSA August Meeting aimed to promote discussion and action on key topics relevant to medical education, public health, human rights, and social determinants of health. It provided an opportunity for medical students to exchange ideas, share best practices, and develop skills necessary for their future medical careers.
As part of the work of the Assembly, our delegation took part in a wide range of activities, including workshops, plenary sessions, skills training, and social events. Below 8 students from International Higher School of Medicine were selected and attended this conference through Asian Medical Students’ Association:
