Request for proposal (RFP), Website Development

The institution "International Higher School of Medicine" invites you to participate in the tender and requests price proposals for the development and maintenance of the website for the "Bernica" project.

To participate in the tender, you must provide the following package of documents:

  • Letter of interest;
  • A technical proposal that includes information about the organization or specialist / group of specialists, indicating the experience of carrying out similar work;
  • Financial proposal;
  • Resume of specialists/portfolio of similar works;
  • At least 2 letters of recommendation indicating the contacts of the recommenders;

Terms of submission:

  • All participants can submit their price proposals no later than 17:00 April 10, 2023 to the email address: d.kenesh@gmail.com marked as "CP_Development of the website".
  • Applications submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
  • The International Higher School of Medicine may request additional documentation after the application deadline.

  • The validity period of the quotation shall remain valid for 40 (forty) days after the date of consideration of quotations.
  • Prices must be offered in Kyrgyz soms and must include, in addition to the cost of services, all taxes, duties, mandatory payments and other costs associated with the performance of the contract.
  • The supplier provides free commissioning and on-site training.
  • The International Higher School of Medicine awards the Contract to the Supplier who meets the requirements of this Invitation and offers the best price proposal that will fit the budget.
  • Payment is made on the conditions listed in the CP.

The supplier must provide the following documents:

  1. Legal documents of the participant for the implementation of this contract (patent, certificate, social insurance policy and other relevant documents).
  2. Contact details of the authorized person, including address, telephone number and email address
  3. List of previous successfully completed similar contracts, with buyer names and contact information. At least two (2) contacts that will support the company's track record
  4. Availability of qualified personnel, resumes of key employees.
  5. Any applicable warranty and service information.
