On March 25, 2023, an Olympiad in physics for students of the 1st semester was held at the Natural Sciences Disciplines Department of the International Higher School of Medicine. 

The organizers of the Olympiad were lecturers of physics: Chynara S. Ismailova - Head of Department, Ph.D. acting Associate Professor, Gulnara M. Amanbaeva - Ph.D., Associate Professor, Anara M. Baidzhuranova - Senior lecturer and  Azamat K. K. - Laboratory Assistant.

 5 teams of 4 students took part in the Olympiad, where the main goal of the Olympiad were:

- Identification of talented students interested in physics;

- Development of interest in Medical Physics among the participants of the Olympiad;

- Providing participants of the Olympiad with the opportunity to compete.

The Olympiad had the following contest:

2. Biophysics test

3. Crossword

4. Questions with a photo

5. Problem in hemodynamics

The members of the jury were the faculty members of the Natural Sciences Disciplines Department and the competition ended with the following results:
