Inter university Olympiad Olympiad "Natural Sciences - the backbone of medicine"
The International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) is holding an inter university Olympiad "Natural Sciences - the backbone of medicine" in natural sciences (biology, chemistry, physics) - a competition for first-year students of medical universities in Bishkek with English as the language of instruction.
The Olympiad will take place on May 27, 2023 in the main building of the IHSM (lecture hall, 1st floor).
Address: st. Intergelpo 1F.
The purpose of the Olympiad is to increase interest in the natural sciences, the development of cognitive abilities.
The competition will be held in 5 rounds:
- Round 1 - homework - presentation on the topic "Natural sciences - the backbone of medicine" - 5 minutes for each team;
- Round 2 - test - includes 15 questions (5 in biology, 5 in chemistry and 5 in physics for the programs of the 1st semester) - 15 min;
- Round 3 - solving a crossword puzzle - 15 minutes;
- Round 4 - logic (15 questions with pictures) - 15 min.;
- Round 5 - experiment (involving all three subjects) - 30 min.
Team members - no more than 5 students.
