Makhabat K. Karagulova, the Head of the Department of International Affairs at the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM), participated in the International Germany Alumni Seminar 2023, held from 17th to 23rd April in Zwickau, Germany. The seminar was focused on SDG Alumni Projects, with a particular emphasis on the WHZ-DMEA Digital Health initiative.

Following this, Makhabat K. Karagulova attended the DMEA Health 2023 – Digital Medical Expertise & Applications conference from 25th to 27th April in Berlin, Germany. The conference brought together some of the brightest minds from the digital health industry, offering them a platform to discuss cutting-edge technologies and share their knowledge and expertise.

The DMEA 2023 conference aimed to "connect digital health," with a focus on providing a comprehensive market overview, along with numerous opportunities for networking, exchanging ideas, and acquiring new customers. The event was one of Europe's most significant gatherings focused on digital health, bringing together professionals from all over the world to explore the latest innovations and technologies in the field.

As an active participant in both events, Makhabat K. Karagulova played a crucial role in sharing her knowledge and expertise with other attendees, while also learning from her peers. Her participation  repressing the IHSM in these events is a testament to of the IHSM’s commitment to keeping up with the latest developments in the digital health industry, and dedication to improving the quality of healthcare around the world.
