The final meeting of the Academic Council of IHSM for 2025 was held on December 29 at 13:00 at the main campus of IHSM.
In 2025, in connection with the awarding of academic degrees, the following staff members were officially congratulated:
Tamara Suranalievna Abaeva — Doctor of Medical Sciences;
Stalbek Mederovich Akhunbaev — Doctor of Medical Sciences;
Eldar Kuvanchievich Dzhumagulov — Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences;
Argen Turgunovich Alymkulov — Candidate of Medical Sciences;
Natalia Evgenievna Li — PhD;
Asankariyevna Minbaeva — PhD;
Sayed Azfar Khussain — PhD.
Dinara Yusupzhanovna Umetalieva and Aida Orozalievna Uzakova successfully completed the nostrification of their PhD research.
Daniyal Shamilievich Chyngyshpaev successfully passed the trial defense of his dissertation submitted for the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences.
A number of professors and administrative representatives were awarded state awards of the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic, awards of the National Commission under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on State Language and Language Policy, as well as departmental awards of the International Higher School of Medicine — the honorary title “Ardakty Pedagog” and Certificates of Merit.
During the Academic Council meeting, the final results of work on the development of the state language were also reviewed.
As part of the promotion of the state language, in cooperation with KGMA named after I. Akhunbaev and the Department of Natural Sciences of IHSM, as well as the Department of State Language and Language Policy, the project “Tabygyly Ilmderge Kyrgyz Tilinde Sayakat” was successfully implemented, for which copyright was obtained.
The authors of the project are: Vice-Rector for Science of the State Language and Language Policy, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor O.J. Uzakov; G.I. Zhunushalieva; Head of the Department of State Language and Language Policy R.J. Zaiyrkulova; E.K. Abdrasulova; Head of the Department of Natural Sciences Ch. S. Ismailova; Deputy Dean J. K. Mukambetova; Ch.B. Aidyralieva; A.M. Baidzhuranova.
In addition, the faculty and leadership of IHSM took the Kyrgyz language test at the State Institution “Kyrgyztest,” with 60% of participants receiving certificates.
The certificates were formally presented by the Rector, Doctor of Medical Sciences S. M. Akhunbaev.
