IHSM Graduates Demonstrate Strong Performance in FMGE Examination

The International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) continues to demonstrate strong results in the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE), the mandatory licensing examination for graduates of foreign medical universities seeking medical registration in India.

Between 2023 and 2025, a total of 3,228 IHSM graduates appeared for the FMGE examination, with 1,283 graduates successfully passing on their first attempt.

FMGE Results by Year:

• 2023: 1,209 graduates appeared; 470 passed (38.89%)
• 2024: 1,307 graduates appeared; 448 passed (34.28%)
• 2025: 712 graduates appeared; 365 passed (59.3%)

The overall pass rate for the three-year period reached 40%, reflecting the high level of preparation of IHSM graduates and the university’s commitment to academic excellence.

These results highlight the effectiveness of IHSM’s educational programmes and its continued efforts to prepare future physicians for successful professional practice and international licensing examinations.
