The Fundamental Disciplines Department of the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) conducted a comprehensive training session for 1st and 2nd-semester students, focusing on participation in international and inter-university conferences.
The training was spearheaded by the Dean, Ph.D. (Medicine) Ainura M. Satarkulova, who also serves as the Vice-Head of the Fundamental Disciplines Department. The guidance and expertise of Ykyval T. Taalaibekova, Lecturer, provided students with valuable insights into effective presentation skills, research preparation, and the benefits of academic networking.
Organized in collaboration with the Normal Physiology Club, the event highlighted the club’s commitment to fostering academic excellence among students. In the future, club members will mentor freshers and guide them in participating in academic conferences.
