On September 23, a ceremonial meeting of the Academic Council was held, dedicated to the Day of the State Language

On September 25, 2025, the International Higher School of Medicine held a ceremonial meeting of the Academic Council dedicated to the Day of the State Language. We congratulate all employees on the Day of the State Language!

The event was attended by the Chairman of the National Commission on the State Language and Language Policy under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Melis Kazakbaevich Murataliev, members of the Academic Council, vice-rectors, heads of all structural divisions, department chairs, and staff responsible for the state language.

The following presentations were delivered:
• Vice-Rector for Science, State Language and Language Policy O.J. Uzakov — “Achievements of IHSM in the Development and Improvement of the State Language”;
• Head of the Department of State Language and Language Policy R.J. Zaiyrkulova — “Ways of Developing the State Language at IHSM: Present and Future”;
• Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Natural Sciences G. M. Amanbaeva — “Problems of Publishing Materials in the State Language in the Open Encyclopedia ‘Wikipedia’”.

During the event, the Rector of IHSM, Stalbek Mederovich Akhunbaev, presented honorary certificates for outstanding contributions to the development of the state language to the following staff members:
• Linguistic expert of the Department of State Language and Language Policy D. A. Galieva;
• Lecturer of the Department of Natural Sciences, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor G. M. Amanbaeva;
• Lecturer of the Department of Pediatrics A. M. Melisbekova;
• Lecturer of the Department of Cardiac Surgery and Radiology A.S. Pasanova;
• Laboratory assistant of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology N.A. Matyeva.
We also extend congratulations to:
• Head of the Department of Cardiac Surgery and Radiology, Ilkhom Khakimovich Bebezov, on being awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the specialty Medicine (Cardiovascular Surgery);
• Associate Professor of the Department of Surgical Diseases, Kuljamal Sardarovna Dzhuzumalieva, on being awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the specialty Medicine (Anesthesiology and Intensive Care).

At the conclusion of the event, the Chairman of the National Commission on the State Language and Language Policy under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Melis Kazakbaevich Murataliev, presented the Rector of IHSM, Stalbek Mederovich Akhunbaev, with a letter of gratitude for his outstanding contribution to the development of the state language at the university.
