On the signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the State Institution “Kyrgyztest” and the International Higher School of Medicine

On May 29, 2026, the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) hosted the official signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the State Institution “Kyrgyztest” under the National Commission for the State Language and Language Policy under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the International Higher School of Medicine.

The Memorandum was signed by the Director of the State Institution “Kyrgyztest,” Batmayeva-Stavinskaya Batma Bolotaliyevna, and the Rector of IHSM, Akhunbaev Stalbek Mederovich.

The signed Memorandum defines the main areas of cooperation between the parties in the field of organizing and conducting international examination programs, as well as provides for the development of cooperation in improving knowledge assessment systems and expanding access of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic to international testing programs.

Within the framework of the Memorandum, cooperation covers not only the activities of “Kyrgyztest” as a state testing center, but also the organization and implementation of international examination programs approved by IHSM. This will expand opportunities for conducting international examinations and increase their accessibility for students and professionals.

The parties also agreed to cooperate in developing the material and technical base of testing, introducing modern technologies, as well as ensuring transparency and confidentiality of examination procedures.

The signing of the Memorandum marks an important step in strengthening cooperation between educational and state institutions, aimed at improving the quality of education and integrating into the international educational space.
