- Individuals holding a state-recognized diploma of basic higher education (bachelor’s degree) or a diploma of complete higher professional education (specialist degree) in a relevant field are eligible to apply for the Master's program.
- Education of foreign citizens in higher education institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic is carried out on the basis of international agreements that have entered into force in the prescribed manner and to which the Kyrgyz Republic is a party, as well as on the basis of agreements between educational institutions or with individual citizens.
- Admission to the Master's program at IHSM is conducted on a competitive basis according to the results of entrance examinations.
- Entrance examinations are held in the form of an oral exam using a ticket-based system in the discipline «Public Health».
- Enrollment is formalized by an official order of the Rector of IHSM.
- Duration of study: 2 years.
- Mode of study: full-time.
- Education is provided on a contractual basis - 120 000 soms per academic year.
List of Documents Required for Admission to the Master’s Program
Applicants to the Master’s program must submit the following documents to IHSM:
- Application addressed to the Rector of IHSM;
- Original and copy of the higher education diploma (or its equivalent), as well as a copy of the diploma supplement (transcript);
- Certificate from the authorized state body in the field of education and science of the Kyrgyz Republic confirming the level and content of education documents issued by foreign educational institutions;
- Copies of passport and military ID (for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic);
- The original passport and military ID must be presented in person for verification and will be returned afterward (for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic);
- For foreign citizens: copy of the passport with a valid visa;
- Medical certificate in Form 086-U (for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic);
- Three photographs, size 3.5 × 4.5 cm;
- List of scientific and methodological publications, copies of certificates of authorship, awards, diplomas, etc. (if available);
- A motivation essay (500–800 words/2-3 pages) explaining the reasons for applying to the master's program, the applicant’s long-term career goals, and how the program will help achieve these goals.
