On April 21, 2026, an eco-workshop on “Waste Separation and Recycling” was held at the Green & Digital Office of the Department of Humanities of the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) as part of the international student eco-conference Green Future Forum.
The event was organized by active members of the Go Green IHSM Eco-Club under the supervision of Aziza А. Azhibekova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Humanities.
As part of the program, an informative presentation was delivered, followed by an interactive workshop aimed at promoting environmental culture and developing a responsible attitude toward the environment.
During the workshop, participants were introduced to the basic principles and correct methods of waste sorting. Special attention was given to reinforcing the acquired knowledge through practical activities in a game-based format.
The workshop program included three stages:
All participants received small encouraging prizes. Holding the workshop in an interactive format allowed participants to learn the basics of waste separation in an accessible and engaging way.
The event received positive feedback and was highly appreciated by the participants.
