On March 26, 2025, the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) hosted a historic event -the first public defense of a dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). The dissertation was presented by PhD graduate Natalia E. Li, a dental practitioner at the «Dentis Tri» clinic.
She successfully defended her dissertation titled: «Optimization of the Organization of Dental Caries Prevention among School Children in Bishkek». The study presented results of significant practical value for the development of preventive programs and the improvement of pediatric dental care services.

Natalia E. Li’s research holds not only theoretical but also high practical significance. As a result of the scientific work, five scientific articles have been published, including two indexed in the Scopus database.
