From June 22 to 24, 2026, the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) conducted its annual report meeting dedicated to the development and functioning of the state language within the university.
The reports were reviewed by Orozaly J. Uzakov, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs, the State Language and Language Policy, D.Sc. (Medicine), Professor, and Rima Zh. Zaiyrkulova, Head of the Department of State Language and Language Policy.
The event brought together heads of structural divisions, department chairs, and staff members responsible for implementing state language policy across the university.
During the meeting, participants presented the results of activities aimed at promoting the state language, reported on the progress of document translation into Kyrgyz, and shared achievements in implementing language policy objectives during the 2025–2026 academic year.
The annual reporting process serves as an important mechanism for strengthening the role of the state language in the educational environment, enhancing institutional responsibility, and supporting the continuous development of language policy at IHSM.
