The Medical Clinic VEDANTA of the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) in Bishkek hosted a delegation led by General Director Liu Liyan from the YI HE XUAN Chinese Traditional Medicine Center, Hainan, People’s Republic of China. The delegation was warmly welcomed by the clinic’s Director, Gulmira S. Biyalieva, D.Sc. (Medicine).
Following the visit to Bishkek, the same delegation was hosted at the Issyk-Kul Campus of IHSM. The Vice-Rector of the Campus, Dr. Daniial Sh. Chyngyshpaev, Ph.D. (Medicine), along with the Director of IHSM Medical Clinic VEDANTA in Cholpon-Ata city, Cholpon K. Kylychbekova, and the Deputy Director of the “Goluboy Issyk-Kul” sanatorium, Bakyt M. Mambetov, extended a warm welcome to the guests.
The primary objective of the delegation’s visit was to explore opportunities for collaboration in integrating advanced technologies with traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The discussions focused on enhancing medical practices by combining the strengths of both medical traditions.
During their visit, the delegation toured several key facilities, including the Medical Clinic VEDANTA in Issyk-Kul and various buildings of the “Goluboy Issyk-Kul” sanatorium.
The delegation expressed particular interest in the application of traditional Chinese medicine techniques within the IHSM Medical Clinic VEDANTA in Issyk-Kul. This visit marks a significant milestone in fostering international partnerships and advancing medical technology exchange between Kyrgyzstan and China, underscoring a shared commitment to enhancing healthcare practices through collaborative efforts.
