The session was held in the format of a United Nations General Assembly committee. Delegates addressed a pressing global agenda item: “Global Regulation of Private Military Companies.”
Twelve delegates representing different countries took part in the conference. Participants included students from various semesters, with especially inspiring engagement from first-year students. A guest delegate from the International University of Kyrgyzstan also joined the event.
For one day, classrooms transformed into an international negotiation arena. Students assumed the roles of diplomats and demonstrated a high level of preparation. Debates were sharp, arguments were bold and persuasive, and the atmosphere closely resembled the work of the real United Nations.
