The annual departmental review at the International Higher School of Medicine was held with the participation of all 15 departments.
The departmental review is conducted to assess the compliance of each department's activities with both external and internal regulatory requirements. It aims to gather reliable information, promote continuous improvement, and address the root causes of any identified discrepancies.
As part of the review, departments conduct self-assessment based on the following criteria: • Educational and methodological work • Organizational work • Educational work • Scientific work • Decoration of the department • Personnel development • Infrastructure
Self-assessment reports are heard by committee members, who, in turn, provide feedback. Based on the results of the department review, the winning departments will be determined.
