The Issyk-Kul Campus of the International Higher School of Medicine (Issyk-Kul Campus IHSM) was visited by representatives of the Department of State Language and Language Policy — Head R.J. Zaiyrkulova and Linguistic Expert D.A. Galieva.
During the working meeting, a comprehensive review of documentation was conducted, and current requirements and recommendations for maintaining documents in the state language were discussed. The meeting was productive and beneficial for all participants.
The event was organized as part of an unscheduled inspection aimed at assessing the quality of documentation maintained in the state language, as well as providing methodological and consultative assistance to the university staff.
Faculty members and assistants of the Issyk-Kul Campus IHSM took part in the meeting. They received explanations regarding the proper preparation of documents, compliance with language standards, and adherence to the current legislation governing the use of the state language. Participants also had the opportunity to ask questions and receive practical recommendations from the specialists.
As a result of the meeting, key areas for further improvement in documentation management and enhancement of the quality of record-keeping in the state language were identified. The recommendations provided will contribute to strengthening the language culture of administrative documentation and increasing the efficiency of the university’s structural divisions.
