On March 28, 2026, the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) hosted an academic round table on the History of Kyrgyzstan dedicated to the topic:
“Formation and Development of Kyrgyz Soviet Statehood (1917–1990): Political, Social, Economic, and Cultural Dimensions.”
The event was organized by Daniyar K. Dzhamankulov, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Humanities.
More than 15 second-semester students took part in the discussion, creating a dynamic platform for academic exchange, critical analysis, and meaningful dialogue.
Participants explored a wide range of topics, from the formation of the Turkestan ASSR to the development of national identity within the Kyrgyz SSR, demonstrating strong research skills, analytical thinking, and active engagement.
