Confirming the Level of Proficiency in the State Language
On December 3, 2025, as part of the implementation of the Constitutional Law “On the State Language” and based on the Ministry of Education and Science order dated April 17, 2025, No. 623/1 “On the Procedure for Determining the Level of Proficiency in the State Language,” an off-site test of the “Kyrgyztest” group was held at the Clinical Simulation Center of IHSM.
The administration staff of IHSM and the faculty and professorial staff took the test at all levels of state language proficiency certification. After the announcement of results, participants who successfully passed the testing will receive certificates confirming their proficiency in the state language. “Kyrgyztest” contributes to the standardization of language proficiency among citizens of Kyrgyzstan, as well as foreign citizens residing and working in the country.
