Raga Sai Sharan, student of International Higher School of Medicine and active member of the Adabiyyat Literature Club, secured 1st place at the International Student Symposium “A Century-Long National Spirit: The First Enlighteners”, held on April 21, 2026, at Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn.
This prestigious symposium was organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Innovation of the Kyrgyz Republic, making it a high-level national academic platform with international participation.
Dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the First Turkological Congress (1926), the event united participants in Kyrgyz, Russian, English, and Turkish languages, highlighting the legacy of Turkic enlighteners and Eurasian scholarship.
Among approximately 90 participants, Raga Sai Sharan competed in the English-language section (15 participants) and achieved 1st place, based on the evaluation of both his research article and oral presentation with the academic guidance of Azhibekova A. Aziza.
