On December 25, 2025, the International Higher School of Medicine hosted the PhD dissertation defense of Hоssain Syed Azfar, a graduate of the PhD program and an Assistant of the Department of Introduction to Therapy and Family Medicine of IHSM.
He successfully defended his dissertation entitled «Ethnic and Social Determinants of Cardiovascular Diseases in Kyrgyzstan: Assessment of Risk Factors and Development of Recommendations Morbidity Reduction» in the field of study 561000 «Public Health and Medicine».
