IHSM Team Wins 2nd Place at World Tuberculosis Day Olympiad 2025

The administration of the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) extends its congratulations to Team Cure Crusaders for achieving 2nd place at the World Tuberculosis Day Olympiad 2025, held at the International School of Medicine, International University of Kyrgyzstan. Competing against strong teams, our students—Aisha Naya, Shaikh Atif, Archan Zala, and Dharmendra Tak—demonstrated remarkable knowledge and clinical skills through multiple rounds, including presentations, MCQs, picture-based diagnosis, and clinical case scenarios.

We also express our sincere appreciation to the team’s supervisors—Gulkaiyr S. Zakirova, M.D., and Christina I. Kibisheva, M.D., Department of Infectious Diseases—for their valuable guidance and support. This achievement reflects the dedication of both students and faculty, and their shared commitment to raising awareness and contributing to the global fight against tuberculosis.
