World Mental Health Day at IHSM

On October 10, the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) held a student conference dedicated to World Mental Health Day.

Six groups participated in the event, presenting their topics on the most pressing issues related to mental health among students and faculty. The main theme of the conference was the importance of caring for psychological well-being and maintaining emotional balance in the learning environment, especially during exams.

Participants discussed stress resilience, burnout prevention, and the role of communication and mutual support in maintaining mental health. The program included interactive lectures, presentations of student projects, and open discussions.

Following the conference, all participants were awarded prizes for their active participation and contribution to developing a culture of conscious mental health.

The organizers from the Introduction Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Department emphasized that such initiatives help students develop a responsible attitude toward themselves and others, promote open dialogue about mental health, and strengthen the student community.
