IHSM GREEN TEAM Meeting within the Erasmus+ GREENKG Project
On April 3, 2025, the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) hosted a working meeting of the IHSM GREEN TEAM as part of the Erasmus+ GREENKG project: "Digital and Green Universities for Sustainable Development in Kyrgyzstan."
During the meeting, the following key topics were discussed: • Drafts of a mandatory academic course focused on the development, use, and management of “green” dimensions, tailored to the local context and aligned with the principles of the Bologna Process and ENQA standards; • Drafts of elective microcredit modules on sustainability and environmental responsibility, to be delivered in a b-learning format (combining online and offline instruction) with digital learning materials; • Directions for the digitalization of academic and administrative processes at IHSM; • Preparations for the upcoming business trip of the team to Osh State University to participate in a conference on sustainable development and digital transformation in education, scheduled for May 2025.
The team also outlined the next steps for implementing the developed courses and modules, including pilot testing, integration into the curriculum, and digital support for the initiatives.
IHSM remains committed to promoting sustainable development, environmental education, and digital transformation within the higher education system of Kyrgyzstan.
