The International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) is pleased to announce the establishment of a strategic partnership with the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Limoges (France), aimed at building long-term, mutually beneficial cooperation between the two institutions.
This agreement represents a significant step toward strengthening collaboration in the fields of education, research, healthcare, and academic exchange. The partnership is designed to enhance institutional capacity, promote the mobility of students and faculty, and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and best practices.
As part of this initiative, an IHSM delegation—led by Professor, Rector Stalbek M. Akhunbaev, D.Sc. (Medicine), Vice-Rector for International Affairs Dr. Ainazik M. Omurzakova, Ph.D. (Law), and Dr. Gulnara M. Subanbekova, Head of the Academic Affairs Department—is visiting Limoges on April 28–29, 2026.
The visit includes the official signing of the Memorandum of Understanding and provides an important opportunity for both institutions to establish direct engagement and further strengthen academic ties.
