IHSM at the 3rd International SCO Academicians Forum

On July 2, 2026, the 3rd International Forum of Academicians from the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Member States on Green Energy was held at the International University of Kyrgyzstan.

The Forum was organized by the International University of Kyrgyzstan, the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, and Xi'an Jiaotong University (People's Republic of China), with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Forum opened with welcoming remarks by Liu Jiangping, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Kyrgyz Republic; Maksat Dzhumakadyrovich Alymbekov, Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic; Lira Sulaimanovna Sulaimanova, Deputy Minister of Science, Higher Education and Innovation of the Kyrgyz Republic; Salavat Sadyrovich Sadyrakunov, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic; Bekmamat Murzakmatovich Dzhenbaev, President of the National Academy of Sciences under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic; and the President of Xi'an Jiaotong University.

The delegation of the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM), headed by Vice-Rector for Science, the State Language and Language Policy, Prof. O. J. Uzakov, MD, DSc, participated in the III International Forum of Academicians from the SCO Member States on Green Energy in accordance with IHSM Order No. 129 dated June 24, 2026, "On the Participation of IHSM Staff in the III International Forum of Academicians from the SCO Member States on Green Energy."

The participants discussed current issues in the development of green energy, international scientific cooperation, the implementation of innovative technologies, and the strengthening of partnerships among scientific and educational institutions of the SCO member states.

The participation of the IHSM delegation contributed to the expansion of international academic cooperation, the exchange of scientific experience, and the establishment of new professional contacts with international partners.
