On April 15, 2025, the Green Section of the Talents: The Arts-Club and the Adabiyyat Literature Club of the Department of Humanities installed special eco-boxes for separate collection of plastic and paper waste across the campuses of the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM)!
You can now find eco-boxes in the following locations:
• Clinical Simulation Center (Department of Humanities)
• Educational and morphological center 1 (Department of Anatomy)
• Educational and morphological center 2 (Fundamental Disciplines Department)
• Vedanta — Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Department
• Educational and Clinical Complex "Vedanta" — Department of Pathology
The eco-boxes were purchased with a $400 prize fund, awarded for our victory in the eco-quest "Sort 1.0", organized by the American University of Central Asia (AUCA).
The administration of IHSM extends its heartfelt appreciation to the Humanities Department, led by Nuriya N. Alymkulova, and the student organizations under the department for their valuable contribution to promoting environmental awareness and fostering a sustainable future at IHSM.
