Visit of the Delegation from the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to IHSM

On October 17, 2025, the administration of the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM), headed by the Rector, Professor Stalbek M.Akhunbaev, warmly welcomed the delegation from the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

The delegation included:
▪️Dr. Mohammad Monirul Islam — Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to the Kyrgyz Republic;
▪️Mr. Mahafuj Ahmed — Representative of the Embassy.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to the development of international cooperation between IHSM and leading medical universities of Bangladesh. Within the framework of these collaborations, the implementation of academic exchange programs and joint scientific projects are planned. Furthermore, the parties discussed the achievements of Bangladeshi graduates of IHSM and explored opportunities for further cooperation.

The meeting took place in a warm and constructive atmosphere, highlighting the mutual commitment to strengthening international partnerships and expanding educational ties between IHSM and the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
