Tin order to enhance academic collaboration and share best practices gained through international training, the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) successfully organized a series of webinars titled «Erasmus Plus BERNICA Summer School Second Wave Webinars». Held on March 19 and 26, 2025, the sessions brought together faculty members from various IHSM departments and staff from the IHSM Medical Clinic «VEDANTA». The initiative aimed to disseminate knowledge acquired during the Erasmus Plus BERNICA Summer School and support the continued development of medical education at IHSM.
The webinars focused on two key topics: «Nutritional Features in Type 2 Diabetes: Experience of IHSM BERNICA Project Partners», presented by Asylkan Z. Moldobaeva, M.D., Assistant of the Department of Introduction to Internal Medicine and Family Medicine; and «BERNICA Project Experience in Organizing Nutrition and Dietetics Classes Using the Moodle Platform», delivered by Evgeniya F. Lim, PhD (Medicine), Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Special Surgical Disciplines, alongside N.B. Matkerimova, Lecturer of the Department of Public Health.
The events received highly positive feedback from attendees, who praised the relevance, quality, and applicability of the presented materials.
