International Higher School of Medicine held its 4th Annual International Conference III INNOVATIONS IN MEDICAL SCIENCE AND EDUCATION on 17-19 We invited trainers from the Academy of postgraduate education of Federal Research and Clinical Center, Russian Federation Dr. Anastasia K. Konanykhina, PhD, Head of the Department of Innovative Medical Management and Prof. Adelina V. Kochubey, Head of the Department of Economics and Marketing in Health Care. With the support of these trainers Advanced Training workshops on Innovative Approaches to the Management of a Medical Organization, Modern Management Technologies in Healthcare were arranged for public health and healthcare professionals on October 14-16, 2019.  For the expanding the possibilities of endoscopic surgery the leading endoscopist of Russia, Prof. Vladimir V. Yurchenko kindly took part in the conference and conducted a master class.

For improving the publication activity of the participants our staff invited the editors of the scientific journals, which have been indexed in a wide variety of indexing organizations. Prof. Mohammad Bagher Rokni, Editor of Iranian Journal of Public Health, Teheran University of Medical Sciences, Islamic Republic of Iran, Ass. Prof. Alireza Mosavi Jarrahi, Editor-in-Chief of Asian Pacific Journal for Cancer Prevention, President of  Asian Pacific Organization for Cancer Prevention, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran, Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, BC, Canada, Dr. Malcolm Antony Moore, Honorary Editor-in-Chief of Asian Pacific Journal for Cancer Prevention, Director-Coordination, Asia Pacific Organization for Cancer Prevention, Korean Cancer Center, Goyang, Korea, Prof. Yip Cheng-Har, Founder in Asian Pacific Journal for Cancer Prevention, University Tunku Abdul Rahman, Kuala Lumpur, Malaya participated in the conference with their valuable work-shops and reports. Moreover Ass. Prof. Lorena Baccaglini, Ass. Prof. Chandran Achutan from University of Nebraska, USA and Dr. Andrea L Steege, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, USA reported Epidemiology topics.

Besides were sections on Oncology, Cardiosurgery, Public Health and Clinical Medicine among young scientists.

Students from different universities showed their knowledge and skills on the Students’ section, Olympiad on Morphology, Kyrgyz, Russian and Latin languages.
