Welcome to the page of Education Quality Management Department of IHSM.

Education Quality Management Department (EQMD) was established with the primary goal to steer continuous improvement and maintenance of quality. By the quality we mean – quality of education, quality of services and overall quality of management. IHSM wants be as efficient as an educational institution, moreover, a comfortable place for our students they will call home once they graduated.

EQMD is engaged in developing internal quality management documentation, evaluation tools, control techniques, identification of shortcomings and gaps in the academic services provided. Together with other departments, we identify steps and measures to be taken to fill in the gaps and eliminate shortcomings.

Another important task for EQMD is managing feedback on education and services provided by students, alumni, employers. We try our best to hear you out and make sure that needs are met and concerns are taken care of.
