On April 16, 2025, the student of International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) participated in the II Scientific Art Exhibition and V Scientific and Practical Conference hosted by the International University of Kyrgyzstan. IHSM's 7th semester student, Muhammad Ahtisham Afzal, earned 1st place for his remarkable research project titled “Liver Cirrhosis: Its Prevalence in Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan.” Guided by Dr. Akbermet A. Anarbaeva from the Department of Surgery, his success highlights the academic excellence and global awareness nurtured at IHSM.
