We welcome you on our web-page and are glad to introduce our department to you! The goal of the HR-Department is to implement the IHSM policy in the field of HR in accordance with the strategy and current plans for the development in 4 directions:
- formation and development of an HR system;
- development of a system of professional training for IHSM staff;
- improvement of the corporate culture of IHSM;
Provision of juridically correct work-documentation at the department.
The main task of the department is to contribute to IHSM work by helping to find good employees and increasing effectiveness of employees. Selection process is based on specially developed methods - from submitting information about vacancies to the media and recruitment agencies to selection, testing, adaptation procedures. Also we support training of employees for their professional growth.
Increase of labor productivity through the development and implementation of HR system helps to maximize IHSM employees' skills and satisfaction with working conditions and work performed.
