Alumni Monitoring Sector

Alumni Monitoring Sector operates within the International Affairs Department and performs functions related to alumni support, facilitation of their professional development, and strengthening connections with the global community of the IHSM Alumni Association.

Since its establishment, IHSM has trained more than 8,500 physicians, the majority of whom are successfully working in their profession in various countries around the world, including India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Australia, the United Kingdom, Japan, Russia, the United States, the UAE, and other countries.
After graduation, alumni undergo the recognition of their diplomas and successfully pass national licensing examinations such as FMGE, PLAB, USMLE, NRE, and others. Many graduates continue their education in residency programs and international universities, building successful medical careers.

Main areas of activity
The Alumni Monitoring Sector performs functions related to alumni support and tracking their professional development:

• processing alumni requests;
• preparing and providing necessary documents upon alumni request;
• maintaining continuous communication with the IHSM Alumni Association, as well as cooperation with partner organizations and embassies of alumni countries in the Kyrgyz Republic;
• organizing events with alumni participation (guest lectures, meetings with students, career events);
• conducting live sessions and podcasts with alumni for IHSM students.

Graduate career monitoring system
IHSM implements a graduate career tracking system that allows the university to analyze the professional development of its alumni.

Within this system:

• monitoring of alumni professional activities is carried out;
• information on employment and professional growth is recorded in the alumni database;
• confirmation of career development stages is conducted through interaction with medical institutions and medical councils;
• successful alumni are invited to participate in educational and informational events organized by IHSM.
• Information about alumni achievements is regularly updated on the official university website.
