- A completed Intermediate Education Certificate (12 years), equivalent to secondary education in the Kyrgyz Republic
- 40% rating scores in Biology, Chemistry and English
- Application Form
- A passport with at least 6 months of validity
- For Indian citizens, the NEET certificate is mandatory
- 10 photographs (3x4cm) with a white background
