An innovative training seminar on bioinformatics was held
From September 12 to 16, 2022, an innovative training seminar on bioinformatics was held. The event was organized by the International Higher School of Medicine and the Kyrgyz-Turkish University "Manas".
At the training seminars, the possibilities of digitalization of genetic research were discussed:
• Fundamentals of Bioinformatics
• Databases
• Prokaryotic genomics
• Phylogenetics
• Metagenomics/Transcriptomics
During the training, lectures were given for teachers and young scientists. And the best specialists of the International Scientific Center SMART (Solution Chemistry of Advanced Materials and Technologies) conducted practical classes with laboratory work.
