Cleanup Day is a  social action program aimed at combating the solid waste problem  conducted by the Department of Introduction to Internal and Family Medicine and Humanities Department of the International Higher Schools of Medicine (IHSM). 

Environmental cleanup events are held in nearly the IHSM campuses aiming  to raise awareness of the mismanaged waste by mobilizing all spheres of society to participate in cleanup actions.

When enough people come together, then change will come achieving almost anything. 
So instead of looking for hope, we create it.
