Development of strategy for the IHSM
The management team of the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) has been conducting a seminar on the development of the strategy for the IHSM with the experts of ISR consult - Talant Zhumazaev and Mira Ismanova at the Issyk-Kul regional campus of the IHSM, Cholpon-Ata city.
The seminar will be lasted for two days, 15-16 April 2022 with the members of the administration:

During the seminar the following questions are being discussed, followed by the development of strategy for the IHSM:
-Strengths;
-Weak sides,
-Opportunities,
-Threats,
-Factors,
-Root problem analysis and task definitions,
-Definition of subtasks in the context of departments of the IHSM, criteria for the effectiveness of departments and etc.
