On 16th October in IHSM has started seminar dedicated to the Erasmus+ project. The event aims to provide training on project quality assurance methodology in accordance with European Higher Education Standards and Guidelines (ESG) at partner universities. Participants from various universities in Kyrgyzstan are involved in the Erasmus+ project "DEFA”.

The seminar was opened by the Vice-Rector of IHSM, Ainazik Mamatisaevna, emphasizing the importance of this educational event for the development of high-quality education at the university and its reputation in the global educational community.

The goal of the seminar is to develop and implement effective approaches to project quality assurance while adhering to all necessary Erasmus+ program standards. Seminar participants will become familiar with the requirements and tools for internal control, processes, guidelines, and project policies to enhance efficiency and compliance with Erasmus+ program requirements, as well as to prevent errors in project reporting and statements.

The seminar will provide participants with:
A clear understanding of quality assurance methodology in the context of project management.
Definition of quality assurance processes and procedures specific to educational institutions and projects.
Clarification of roles and responsibilities for project team members, managers, and other members.
Training in identifying potential risks and issues, as well as developing strategies and methods to mitigate them.

Another important aspect is to maintain compliance and adhere to all recommendations, norms, and standards applicable to the project.
We believe that this seminar will help participants become more competent in project quality assurance and contribute to their success in implementing their ideas.
