On October 10-11, Tursunbek B. Kaliev, an assistant at the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery and Radiology of the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM), took part in an international conference on cardiovascular surgery in Stambul, Turkie organized by Terumo.

Terumo is a global medical company specializing in the development, production, and sale of medical equipment and consumables. Terumo is widely recognized in the global medical industry and is a significant player in the field of medical innovations and technologies.

The conference brought together participants from various countries including Turkie, Moscow, Costa Rica, South America, the United States, Germany, South Korea, Serbia, Japan, Belgium, Austria, and Kyrgyzstan.

Representing Kyrgyzstan, Tursunbek B. Kaliev delivered a presentation titled "Experience in providing artificial blood circulation in patients with mitral and aortic heart valve replacement."
