Smt Meenakshi Lekhi, Minister of State for External Affairs and Culture of the Republic of India along with the representatives of the Indian Embassy visited the regional Issyk-Kul campus @issykkul_campus_ihsm
on 11 June and participated in the yoga session with the students at the beach of Issyk-Kul. 

Recall, Smt Meenakshi Lekhi, Minister of State for External Affairs and Culture of the Republic of India  visited on 10th June 2022  regional Issyk-Kul campus of the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) with the representatives of the Indian Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic. 

In honor of her visit, a cultural event was organized with the participation of the administration as well as the students of the IHSM.

The event was opened by the welcome speech of the Vice-Rector for regional Issyk-Kul campus - Dr. Daniyal Sh. Chyngyshpaev. 

Further, the minister  and second secretary of the Indian Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic lightened the lamp to start the event. As a part of the concert program, the students of the IHSM in collaboration with the local students performed traditional Kyrgyz and Indian dances that gave color to the event.

At the end, Vice-Rector for the International Affairs of the IHSM - Ainazik M.  Omurzakova  closed festive concert with the vote of thanks to the minister, expressing the administration's gratitude for visiting the students. 

The guests of the event noted the high potential of our students and expressed a gratitude and appreciation to the administration of the IHSM. 

We are looking forward for building  further  beneficial cooperation based on common interests for the benefit of the two countries.
