Opening of the XXIX World Congress on Echinococcosis
We are pleased to announce that preparations for the XXIX World Congress on Echinococcosis have been going on for a long time, and at the moment all tasks are almost completed. The Congress is organized under the sponsorship of the World Association of Echinococcosis, the I.K. Akhunbaev Kyrgyz State Medical Academy, Zurich University, International Higher School of Medicine, Department of Disease Prevention, State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance of the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Veterinary Science named after A.Duisheev and will be held in August 28-30, 2023 at the I.K. Akhunbaev Kyrgyz State Medical Academy, Bishkek.
This significant scientific event will bring together researchers from all around the world, representing countries across Africa, South and North America, Europe, and Asia. The congress will consist of plenary meetings, scientific sessions, presentations, and poster sessions in a hybrid format, culminating in a celebratory gala dinner, fostering an informal networking atmosphere.
The congress promises to attract a wide range of professionals, including physicians, healthcare organizers, veterinarians, biologists, parasitologists, pharmacologists, infectious disease specialists, surgeons, epidemiologists, laboratory specialists, and economists.
