The rating of universities of the Kyrgyz Republic - 2021, annually conducted by the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR), takes into account the main areas of activity of educational institutions: the quality of education, the level of scientific research, the potential of teachers, the demand and competitiveness of graduates in the labor market. At the same time, the Rating helps to increase the image of universities and the attractiveness of educational programs.

The methodology for ranking the University Rankings, developed by the IAAR, has received the European recognition of IREG (Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence) and the IREG Approved Quality Mark. The Independent Rating of Universities of the Kyrgyz Republic - 2021 is carried out on a digital platform in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and international quality standards.
