Dear students of IHSM, I would like to thank you for following the rules of the government, as well as the rules of the administration. In these days, everyone can contribute to the prevention of the spread of COVID-19.

However, there are some cases, when the foreign students break the rules.

During the state of emergency, in order to go outside, you should fill up the profile manually containing the following data:

- FULL NAME

- Phone number

- Reason for leaving home

- Exit time

- Return time

- Residence address

-Destination address.

Going outside from 07.00 to 20.00 will be limited, with the exception of going to groceries, pharmacies.

Make sure to take your passport and manually filled up the profile.

The timing of curfew is from 20:00 to 07:00 (night time).

During the state of emergency, you are strictly asked to stay at your flats, hostels. As per the government of Kyrgyzstan, any local or international citizen who does not obey the self-quarantine rules/guidelines defined by the government will be liable to pay a fine of 300.000 soms or 5 years imprisonment.

Department for International Affairs has been delivering the passports to the students. In order to get your passport, kindly give the following details to Mr. Pawan and Mr. Imran

- Full name according to passport,

- Full address,

- Contact number.

Within few days, your passports will be delivered to you.
