On October 25, 2023, faculty members from the Department of Humanities at the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM) actively participated in a scientific-practical roundtable organized by the Department of Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies of Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn to celebrate Science Day.

The topic of this engaging roundtable was dedicated to "Methods of working with SCOPUS, Google Academy, RINC databases, and the scientific applications of the Hirsch Index."

The primary objective of the event was to master the methods of writing scientific papers for postgraduates and doctoral students in various scientific fields, meeting high standards, and subsequently publishing them in specialized journals.

Additionally, participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the operation of databases such as SCOPUS, Google Academy, RINC and to utilize scientific applications, including the Hirsch Index.

This roundtable brought together faculty members and postgraduate students from various higher education institutions in Kyrgyzstan and was filled with valuable information and the exchange of experiences.
