ZOOLOGICAL EXCURSION OF ISM STUDENTS
Biology teacher, Ph.D. T.Kostritsyna, Natural Sciences Department of International School of Medicine (ISM) organized a visit of the 1st-course students to the Zoological Museum of National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic on 7th December 2018. The excursion was conducted by the instructive lecturer, leading zoologist and ecologist Dmitry Milko. During the excursion, students were represented by the collections of invertebrate animals, stuffed vertebrate animals, birds of local fauna with few collections of species from other continents.
After the excursion, the students were given a lecture on biodiversity and ecology in order to increase interaction between the various biological and ecological systems and promote a better understanding of biological laws and theories.
Administration of ISM thanks the organizers of excursion for the rapprochement of students with nature.
